My wife and I were interested in a lot in the Grand Dunes Area, and since we still live in Charleston and couldn’t come in to town, we took too long to open a contract and the lot was sold- Ms Lester kept on it and checked in on the same area for weeks and found another lot that was being sold some weeks later, that was a better choice. Stephanie was professional enough to contact us ASAP and helped secure the property, and then help us interview local builders, and even helped us find a local electrician to help us set up a boat lift on our new dock on our new lot and introduce us to the Grande Dunes Community In the current climate where realtors are sometimes -too busy, not willing to do the leg work , or just not interested in doing their due diligence- Stephanie Lester is quite a find- and my wife and I will continue hiring her when we need her help again.

Linda is a rock star. She was the easiest agent to deal with I’ve ever met. She was on her game, quick to respond, knowledgeable, personable and incredibly kind. She walked me through finding, offer and closing on a home while I was in Michigan. She did all the leg work and heavy lifting. I cannot say enough about her or her amazing ethic.
